5. Travel Documents

• We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, lost luggage, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
• Amour Destinations is not liable for any travel-related issues that could have been covered by insurance.

7. Liability

• Amour Destinations is not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, delays, or expenses incurred during your travels, including flight delays, accidents, or theft.
• We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in third-party services, accommodations, or transportation.

8. Travel Restrictions and Health

• It is your responsibility to check for any travel restrictions, health advisories, or necessary vaccinations before traveling to your destination.
• We are not liable for any issues that arise due to government-imposed travel restrictions, health requirements, or your personal health.

9. Group Tours and Customized Itineraries

• For group tours, all participants must abide by the agreed-upon itinerary and group norms.
• For customized itineraries, any changes to the proposed itinerary after confirmation may result in additional charges.

10. Force Majeure

Amour Destinations shall not be held liable for failure to perform or delay in performance caused by any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or political instability.

11. Responsibility and Conduct

• Amour Destinations reserves the right to refuse service or terminate your participation in the trip if your conduct endangers the safety or enjoyment of others.
